Talisman of Foreseer

Talisman of Foreseer is a Talisman used to improve Exploration speed. It decreases the number of times you need to travel to a Region to fully explore it.

Effect per Tier

+9% Perception Radius

+0.15 Adventure Exploration Speed. This value is rounded down before use in the code, however the number displayed is rounded to the nearest whole number.

Perfect Talisman

• T2 = +36% Perception Radius; +1 Adventure Exploration Speed (actually 0.6 -> +0 due to rounding down)
• T4 = +54% Perception Radius; +1 Adventure Exploration Speed (actually 0.9-> +0 due to rounding down)
• T5 = +63% Perception Radius; +1 Adventure Exploration Speed (actually 1.05-> +1, lowest Tier possible with a bonus, at minimum 96% quality)
• T6 = +72% Perception Radius; +1 Adventure Exploration Speed
• T12 = +126% Perception Radius; +2 Adventure Exploration Speed (actually 2.1 ->, lowest Tier possible with a bonus, at minimum 96% quality)

Obtainment

Early Casket.

This is given in the first season's event at Nanping Village. You get a stone casket, and opening it gives you the Golden Book of the Six Edicts and Five Directions. (SpellEsoterica_3)
