Description	One of the five Vast Banners. It uses bone of Phoenix as the pole, drawing with Crimson Fruit essence on a Tough Demon Beast Hide as the flag, and then utilized the power of a Tier I Golden Core of Wood element in the making to complete itself. Although this one is a copy, it's still quite marvelous. This artifact deals double damage to targets of Metal element.

Soaring Flame Banner is a Legacy Artifact which does increased damage to Metal cultivators.

Obtainment

Learn the Law Exclusive manual from Primordial Alchemy Law, and craft it with an Artifact Crafting Skill Level of at least 20 to obtain the Incubation item.

Equip the item while forming a Tier 1 Golden Core of Wood element to receive the legacy artifact, which can then be claimed, locking the item to that cultivator.

Uses

The artifact deals damage normally like any other artifact following its statistics, and does double damage to Metal cultivators.
