Sect Formations are Formation Diagrams used by the NPC Sects during combat at their home location. The Sect Formation is unique to each Sect.
Sect Formations are defined under the Sect entry within Settings\World\Schools[1]. Due to the lack of ZhenName value in the translation[2] the names of the Formation remain untranslated.
Differences between Player Formations[]
As Sect Formations aren't intended to be used by the Player, there are a few unique aspects.
- Only None type Auxiliary links
All Sect Formations utilize None type Auxiliary Links. Due to this, the resulting stats of the Formation aren't influenced the Auxiliary cultivators Elements, reducing the possible range of stats.
- Stats are directly related to the Truth of Formation
Related to the previous, as there are no Auxiliary Links providing any effects.
List of Sect Formations[]
The following is based on the Settings\World\Schools, and only includes the Formations used by the Sects. It does not include the alternative use cases for the Nodes. Pillars[3] and Truths of Formations [4]are based on files.
The Formations used in the Tower share the Pillars, but not the rest of the layout. Due to the unique aspects listed earlier, their resulting stats are identical.

- Seven-Slaughtering Sect Formation is reused for the Wudang Sect Formation, the only difference is the Name.
