Adventuring here doesn't have any normal rewards. However, once per game you can obtain powerful items by visiting with a particular cultivator. The requirements are as follow:

• Learned  Reincarnated Psyche (Primordial Spirit requirement, Six Paths Reincarnation Law), or possess the Mentally Challenged Background.
• Have 6 or more Perception, Intelligence and Constitution.
• Have a cultivation level of 6 or above (usually corresponds to Core shaping).

Doing so, you'll obtain:
