Description	A secret artifact of Wudang Sect. Carved from a complete Holy Stone, the measure has scales engraved with 7 Heaven's Breaths and astral powers and is forged after 7 Heavenly Tribulations. Once mastered, the artifact can be used to measure the contributions of all lives with the creed of heaven, and even speed up the enemy's Heavenly Tribulation.

Purple Cloud Measure is a Legacy Artifact.

Obtainment

Learn the manual from Law of Nimbus Conquest, and craft it with an Artifact Crafting Skill Level of at least 20 to obtain the Incubation item.

Survive 7 Ascension Tribulations to receive the legacy artifact, which can then be claimed, locking the item to that cultivator. The tribulations can be survived by any character and in any order.

Uses

The artifact's special effect increases the damage by 1% for every point of difference in Base Attainment between the attacker and defender when attacking the body. This artifact's special ability does not activate when fighting other artifacts or tribulations.

Since Shendao cultivators do not have attainment, this artifact is not suitable for them.
