A Material Work Place is a basic building, requiring no items to build. It allows basic Materials to be created, before one of the specialized buildings (Stonework, Timber Station) can be built.
The Material Work Place can produce the following items at a reduced yield compared to the specialized buildings:
- Wood -> 3 Timber
- Brownstone -> 3 Brownstone Block
- Graystone -> 3 Graystone Block
- Marble -> 3 Marble Block
