Effects

• Emits Water element.
• Decreases Temperature of the Player Sect randomly with the Chilling Air (Frozen Furnace) Weather (ColdHole) for 1-3 days. This Weather cannot be dispelled.
• Converts Ground in a 10 tile radius to Soil and spawns Iceflower (Elemental Flower).

Gather Qi

While it's technically a Gather Qi building of range 5, the Frozen Furnace is a 3x3 structure with the Gather Qi emitting from the center tile, so in practice it can only be integrated in an array as a Range 4 Gather Qi item at most, with a strength of 36.45.
