Dragon Elixir is a Pill that increases the number of Artifacts that can be used by 1, as well as increasing Sub-Spirits by 1. Due to its 100% Medicine Resistance, it can only be consumed once. It can be crafted with drops obtained by defeating the Flood Dragon.
