Cats are Animals that can can be found in the Player Sect.
Taming[]
Like all animals, cats can be tamed using Incantation of Consonance Miracle. Alternatively they can also enter the map already tame via an Event. This allows the player to breed Cats. After taming them, they should be put into a pasture at a safe location to grant quicker access as well as ensuring safety of the Cat.

Farming[]
Killing and slaughtering cats grants the player Cat Meat (an Ingredient). Since Cat Meat has no special uses in food crafting, it is generally not advised to farm it as a food source. It is useful for gaining meat to gift to Sect Leaders' favorites for Sect Favor and Connection.
YaoGuai[]
Cat YaoGuai can be raised from tamed cats that are enlightened. Enlightened Cats in cages can be purchased from Sects, the Merchant, and Auction. Occasionally, an event may occur where an enlightened Cat can be caught in the wild from a random location in the World map.
