Brownstone is a Rock of  Earth (Element), mostly used by Agencies. While it is described as a common material, it can be difficult to acquire in large enough quantities once the sect map is mined. As an  Earth Building Material, it is inferior to  Marble and  Jade, both easy to acquire from the start of the game.

This means a passive income of 105  Brownstone per day once all brownstone mines are built.

Manual Labour[]

The Manual Labour policy event will produce between 250 and 375  Brownstone per policy event per brownstone mine in the agency, multiplied by or 1 (whichever is higher), where Mining is the agency skill level. Assuming a single Agency on the Manual Labour Policy, which means an average interval between events of 20 days, this represents on average  Brownstone per brownstone mine per day.
